1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wwj2 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on wwj2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. wwj2 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. If a player is found to be ineligible, any winnings accrued during the ineligible period may be forfeited and the account closed without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may only hold one active account on the wwj2 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under assumed names — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Any changes to your registered details must be updated promptly via account settings or by contacting our support team.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wwj2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or any breach of security.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

wwj2 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed through approved local payment gateways to ensure fast, reliable, and secure fund transfers for our players across Bangladesh.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

wwj2 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) stated at the time the offer is claimed. Standard rollover requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• wwj2 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse or fraudulent claim is suspected.
• Multiple accounts created to exploit bonus offers will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and permanent account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the wwj2 Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. All bets once confirmed are final and cannot be reversed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each bet before confirming it.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets on wwj2, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or result under investigation, wwj2 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games and slot titles on wwj2 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is disclosed on the game's information page. wwj2 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round will result in the bet being voided and the stake refunded.

• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported immediately; failure to report will be treated as intentional abuse.

wwj2 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. We take the integrity of our Platform very seriously and will pursue all available remedies against bad actors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wwj2 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of wwj2 or its licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any wwj2 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of wwj2 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wwj2 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if wwj2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wwj2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wwj2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

wwj2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any change to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which wwj2 operates. In the event of any dispute arising between you and wwj2 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall prevent wwj2 from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
